This camo backpack/rucksack is made from durable and waterproof Cordura nylon material. The main storage compartment is topped by a draw-string seal for water-protection.
The rucksack has a zip-closure rear section of the back pack can be disconnected to fold flat and this would have been where battery or radio components were stored. See photos.
The main compartment also has side zips that allow this section to close down to reduce capacity. Although these zips would have originally held side pockets which are not available.
Approximate size of main compartment (with zipped sides done up) 50 x 32 x 15 cm. or 50 x 32 x 25 with zips un-zipped.
